From Friday 9th to Sunday 11th of September 2011 in Upper Wharfedale.
Dinner on Saturday night is organised but not on Friday. The George Inn in Hubberholme and the White Lion in Cray are near by but they cannot individually cope with all of us. The Buck Inn has now re-opened but does not currently do food.
We will use the bunkhouse common areas for everyone to get together in the evenings.

Grange Farm Barn has been booked. It accommodates 18 people in four rooms (6+6+4+2). Grid Ref: SD 929 780
The rate is £20 per person for Friday and Saturday nights (i.e. it is £10 per night but I don't want to risk being under capacity as that screws the pricing).

Suggested pub: The George in Hubberholme, which does food and is close enough to Grange Farm Barn that we can be disorganised and people can choose when/whether to hang out in either/both places..
We will be eating at the Racehorses Hotel in Kettlewell on Saturday night. Sit down at 19:30.
They do not operate a set menu so we will be ordering individually off their normal menu (pdf). Adam needs to send them orders by Friday lunchtime on the 9th and will try to have copies of who-ordered-what available on the night. Payment will be direct to the Racehorses Hotel on the night.. It should be possible to make one or two additions after this but the proprietor stressed that they will only be able to serve us approximately-synchronously if they can prepare in advance.
