Hurrah for the finalists and for JISC!<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;m sure they will have an excellent time in Barcelona <a href=\"http:\/\/www.imsglobal.org\/learningimpact2009\/agenda.html\" class=\"broken_link\">at the conference<\/a>, where the finalists will be judged.
