Having had a good day out at the Macclesfield Treacle Market just before Christmas, at the invitation of Adlington Morris, although it was extremely busy, we decided another “out of season” outing was in order. The Treacle Market organisers were very welcoming, and the weather was as kind as you can expect in late February.
Leek Morris were to have joined us but flooding and illness made a mess… but still two of them came along in kit and joined us for a few dances (which we almost do the same).
We finished off with a short music session in the Snow Goose, who gave us a nice warm welcome and a very comfortable upstairs play-room.
